It was an exceptionally hot afternoon down at New College with the pitch side temperature in the mid-thirties, but that didn’t stop the Great Western squad from across the club and the Swindon & District Community Football League referees from getting stuck in and raising vital funds for a fantastic cause.
Thank you to our sponsors for the day Elite Stainless Fabrications and Swindon Spartans Combat , to everyone involved in the match, and we wish Colin a speedy recovery following his ankle fracture and to Jeremy Moyse for once again for taking the whistle.
Message from Father Paris-Haines:
Friends,
We are delighted to share that together we have raised an incredible £1,245 for the Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who donated, supported, and helped make this achievement possible. Your generosity will help the air ambulance continue providing lifesaving emergency care and rapid response services to people across our communities.
Every contribution, no matter the size, has made a real difference, and we are truly grateful for your kindness and support.
Thank you once again for helping us support such an important cause.
With sincere thanks,
Fr Mark
