An associate priest is a priest who assists a parish priest, or pastor, in their duties. The term is sometimes used to avoid the negative connotations of the word "curate".
There is a commitment to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. Safeguarding Policies (vetting and screening) will apply to this post.
We are looking to appoint a priest to minister within the team who will:
• lead us in worship and into a deepening relationship with our Lord
• pursue growth, both in congregational numbers and in depth of faith
• develop our capacity to provide pastoral support and build links with the local community
