The Parochial Church Council is pleased to announce that Mr. Chris Woods has been accepted as a seminarian. Mr. Woods has trained as a Vicar/Minister in the Church of England.
Chris joins us with extensive knowledge and has returned to the Faith within the Old Catholic Church. He values being part of the community, as demonstrated by his dedication to local community football in Swindon.
Education
Seminarians engage in comprehensive studies encompassing theology, scripture, church history, and pastoral counseling. Their intellectual formation is rigorous and may also cover philosophy and additional subjects.
Community
Seminarians reside in a community where their personal development is assessed on a daily basis. They engage with a spiritual director and a formation advisor and take part in a range of activities, including sports, music, and recreation.
