A Call to Prayer — Parish of Swindon. The Rt. Revd. Adrian Glover OCR, OSJ — Mar Trimlett

A Call to Prayer — Parish of Swindon.

The Parish of Swindon of the Old Catholic Apostolic Church has received the deeply concerning news that our Presiding Bishop, The Rt. Revd. Adrian Glover OCR, OSJ — Mar Trimlett, Bishop of Dumnonia & Wessex and Patriarch of OCAC Worldwide, has been admitted to hospital and is very unwell following a severe stroke.

We ask our parish community and friends to hold Bishop Adrian in their prayers, together with his family, loved ones, and all those caring for him.

Once we receive further updates about His Grace, along with any information regarding the Diocese and guidance on contact arrangements, we will share these via the Church website.

At this difficult time, we pray for healing, comfort and strength, placing him in God’s loving care.

Loving God, surround Bishop Adrian with your healing presence. Grant him strength and peace, guide the medical team caring for him, and comfort all who love him. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
